
Appointment Cancellations, Changes, and Financial Expectations
CANCELLATION POLICY
Advanced 24-hour notice is needed prior to appointment cancellations and changes. Early cancellations or advance rescheduling are liable for $0 service fees. Absent aka "no show" appointments, late cancellations, and same-day changes are subject to the cancellation policy and will be charged half of the total fee for scheduled service(s) as compensation for the therapist's held energy, space, and time. At the therapist's discretion, fees associated with the cancellation policy may be waived pending the circumstance(s). Also subject to the therapist's discretion and the circumstance(s), any prepaid service fees are eligible for a refund of half the total fee of scheduled service(s). The cancellation policy applies to all appointments created by phone, computer, and/or mobile device contact via call, text, email, app, and/or webpage online booking.
PAYMENT POLICY

A valid debit or credit card is needed to reserve schedule space. At the time of booking, the client's provided debit or credit card may be authorized for a minimum of $1 and up to half the total fee of scheduled service(s). If required, the reservation deposit must be received prior to appointment confirmation. Full payment is due upon completion of services. Additional charges may be applied and authorized pending service additions and/or changes at the time of appointment. Unpaid balances following treatment will be invoiced and sent to the client. Invoiced balances must be paid in full before future appointments will be scheduled and/or confirmed. Deposits, service fees, and/or unpaid balances may be satisfied using alternative tenders for payment.
Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, and Square transactions are welcomed.
Cash, cashier's checks, money orders, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and all major credit cards accepted.
